Online quotation collects the minimum amount of personal information. The purpose of collecting personal information is as follows.
- Company name, contact person name, email address, place of residence, occupation, area of interest : Confirmation and reply to inquiries

[Period of holding and using personal information]

The collected personal data is held for one month after request of quotation is placed. The personal information will be destroyed immediately upon request in an irreversible manner.
If the personal information is held for a period set for the cases as follows.
① The period of holding personal information is notified to the customer in advance and does not exceed the set date.
② The data is kept for a set period of time with the consent from customers.
